Today, 26/01/08, I had lived the great experience of walking along broken glasses, breaking a piece of wood and bending a steel construction bar with my throat. I still cannot believe it and all these went through the hand of Martin Sterling and his team. Hope I can repeat this adventure again. I feel myself more confident!

I took part on the Milton Keynes Firewalk on Friday the 16th November 2007 raising funds for Willen Hospice. I can honestly say that it was amazing. I have never laughed so much. The guy who took us through the debrief seminar was hilarious and really made my day. Do it, you'll love yourself afterwards! Thanks to my Sheffield friend for making it such a wonderful night. Took part in the firewalk in Glasgow on 4th November. Quite surreal but certainly not unpleasant experience. It was good to wake up the next day feeling like I'd done something really different and raised money for a worthy cause too.

I did the firewalk last night in Glasgow for Alzheimers Scoland. It was much easier than I thought and I would recommend it to anyone as a great way of raising money. People seem more willing to give money for an event like this (perhaps they want to see you burn!). But it was fun and relaxed and now I can tell people I have walked on fire which I think is pretty impressive!
